Documents Sheet of Export and Import Clearance
1. Documents of export goods clearance
Basic documents: original foreign trade contract or export manual, original invoice, original packing list, foreign exchange management and control form, customs application proxy, shipping order, and container delivery receipt . Special documents: export license, quota certificate, clearance order of export goods, and other documents that are necessary for custom supervision. Spare documents: trademark certificate, trademark use proxy, and other documents that are necessary for custom supervision.
2. Documents of export goods custom application
Basic documents: load list of export goods, pre-application customs declaration, container delivery receipt, and load driver book for customs supervision. Spare documents: packing list, trademark certificate, and other documents that are necessary for customs supervision.
3. Documents of import goods clearance
Basic documents: original foreign trade contract, original invoice, original packing list, original customs proxy, original bill of lading. Special documents (documents that are necessary for customs supervision): import license, quota certificate, tax concession verification, clearance order of import goods, directions, quality certification and other documents that are necessary for customs supervision. Spare documents: certificate of origin, invoice of original plant, insurance policy, letter of credit, and payment sheet.
